Studied the science of how people think, decide, and act — laying the foundation for a career spent helping others move from intention to execution. Milton Academy prepared the rigor; Penn sharpened the lens.

Straight out of college, Joya launched her first business — I Work With Joya — positioning herself as a creative workflow consultant. She supported people through the full arc of execution: from clarity and positioning to delivery and real-world results.

Over time, the work expanded well beyond documents into strategy: shaping narratives, sequencing action, navigating power dynamics, and ensuring efforts translated into outcomes — jobs, promotions, acceptances, approvals, launches.

Across 15 years, she left a trail of people helped and projects completed — often where stakes were personal, professional, or reputational, and conventional workflows weren't cutting it.

All of that experience — the pattern recognition, the workflow design, the deep understanding of how nonlinear minds actually operate — converged into The Missing Prompt™.

Now Joya designs AI-supported structures — prompt sequences, completion rooms, and operating rituals — that help overwhelmed, neurodivergent leaders and creatives move from intention to execution with less friction and more follow-through.

The work lives across consulting, edutainment, and digital tools, built around a structured, immersive approach she calls Executive Function as a Service™ (EFaaS).
